How To Use This Command Centre
- Start with real numbers, not guesses — actually add up what materials cost you, and time yourself making one unit if you're not sure.
- Don't undersell your hourly rate. If you wouldn't work for that rate in a job, don't work for it in your own business either.
- Margin, not markup — the tool already does this correctly, but if you ever build your own spreadsheet later, remember: price = cost ÷ (1 − margin%), not cost × (1 + margin%).
- Check the "you'll actually receive" number before you commit to a price publicly. That's the number that has to cover your bills, not the sticker price.
